Running Late: Please call the office BEFORE YOUR SHIFTS STARTS to avoid getting points.

Calling Off: Please call the office AT LEAST ONE HOUR before the start of your shift. For scheduling time off in advance, please email or meet with a student scheduler AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the day you need off.

Exam Policy: Please email proof of your exam schedule to Cameron or a student scheduler AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your scheduled shift.

Changing Your Permanent Schedule: Please email or meet with a student scheduler.

Lyft Codes: Lyft codes are available to get you to and from work WHEN OTHER TRANSPORTATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. Please call the office or speak with a manager for a code. Codes work every morning before 8am, every evening after 10pm, and all-day Sundays. Lyft Codes are limited! If there are busses running, management will not provide you with a Lyft Code.
